FAQ's
Do I need Visa if I am travelling from abroad?
Yes. You can easily attain a visa on arrival. Please check specifics for your country of nationality. You are also required to pay a Tourist Tax.
Do I need Travel Insurance?
Yes, it is highly recommended that you get travel insurance.
There are a number of options available such as SafteyWing. Please always check the terms and conditions to make sure the insurance suits your needs.
Is accomodation included in the price?
Yes, Accommodation and three meals a day is included in your retreat price. Filtered spring water is provided for drinking, as is coffee and tea. Other drinks will need to be paid for separately.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made on or before August 7th, 2025 will receive a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Due to the nature of this retreat and the preparation involved, no refunds will be offered for cancellations made after August 7th, 2025, regardless of circumstances.
We strongly encourage participants to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage for added peace of mind.
Is Airport Transfer Included in the Price?
No, as some people will arrive earlier and some may be arriving through different channels.
Please note that this price also does not include your flights.
At a week's notice, we can organise airport transfer, or ground transfer from around Bali, for a reasonable extra fee. It is advisable to organise this transport beforehand as the retreat venue is far from the hustle and bustle of main Bali attractions. Some taxi services may not be willing to do this journey.

- Able-bodied (unfortunately this location is not able to cater for wheelchairs)
