It’s a devotion.
An invocation.
My work began long before it had a name.
As a child, I felt what others couldn't say. I listened between the lines.
Over time, that listening deepened into witnessing - of pain, of beauty, of what lives beneath the surface.
I’ve walked through many initiations. Some cracked me open quietly. Others tore through everything I thought I was.
My most recent was becoming a mother and losing my own within months.
These are moments that hollowed and remade me.
These are the experiences that have reminded me: the soul remembers what the mind forgets.
LunAscention
was born
from this kind of
remembering.
The Path That Shaped This Work
This work isn’t simply taught and learned.
It’s lived.
While I have been trained in multiple forms of yoga and hypnotherapy my truest teachers have been Spirit, intuition, and experience - not in theory, but in embodiment.
I work in communion with the Blue Team - a spirit collective I channel for guidance, healing, and support.
Their presence is subtle yet strong. They hold the energetic field with me, offering insights that often speak directly to what a soul is ready to hear.
This is pure presence.
My Offering
The spaces I hold, provide a mirror to what is already whole - and perhaps forgotten.
Through ceremony, trance, breath, and sacred rhythm, I help women remember their truth beneath all the noise.
To re-root into their inner wisdom.
To soften beyond the roles they’ve been taught is who they are.
And to reclaim their birthright: sovereignty, soul, and sacred belonging - in body and in community.
